I’ve spent the last 25 years helping businesses across the UK and EU build strong HR and commercial teams.
What do I do?
Here’s the short version:
- I am an expert in HR Recruitment and help companies hire top HR people across the UK and EU.
- I coordinate a network of interim HR professionals, connecting businesses with immediately available senior HR experts.
- I support growing companies with a range of fractional talent acquisition services throughout the UK and Europe, not just for HR roles, but also for key commercial hires.
- I also help job seekers, offering straight-talking advice on job moves, interviews, and navigating the market. I offer several pro bono slots each month for career coaching and particularly enjoy supporting those at the start of their careers or those going through unexpected career transitions.
My background
- Started in IT and Professional Services recruitment in 2000
- Moved into HR Recruitment in 2005
- Went independent in 2010
- Now celebrating 25 years of Recruitment experience in 2025
I split my time between the UK and Central Europe, giving me insight into two very different but equally interesting talent markets.
