I manage everything from advert to offer, acting as your dedicated recruitment partner throughout.

What does it cost?
I work on a fixed-fee basis, so the cost is always clear and transparent. The fees are built around the average number of consulting days I need to complete an assignment at each level.
I’m passionate about creating a positive candidate experience, which requires commitment from all parties to complete each step in a timely way.
Fees are invoiced on engagement, and I’ll support the process for up to 8 weeks to ensure a thorough and respectful recruitment experience for both you and your candidates.
Early Career (Up to 40k)

Terms
This fixed-fee model works differently from the usual contingency approach, where you only pay a large fee if the recruiter makes a placement, often with only a short refund period.
My fees are based on the consulting time needed to manage the role from briefing through to offer and onboarding. Because you are paying for the time, the service is open and fair.
If a placement doesn’t work out, something that can very occasionally happen, I will agree on a reduced consulting fee to refill the role.
Replacement Guarantee
I want you to feel confident when hiring through me. If a placement does not work out, other than in special circumstances such as redundancy, restructure, or role elimination, I offer the following replacement terms:

Within 2 weeks of start date: Free replacement.

Between 2 and 12 weeks: Replacement at 25% of the initial fee.

Between 12 weeks and 12 months: Replacement at 50% of the initial fee.
This approach gives you support well beyond the typical 3-month guarantee period, while keeping the costs fair and proportionate.
